All designs are available for use by any party. However, if used, the source of the design must be cited by APA standards in order to give at least reasonable credit to the original author. If a team is working on a project together, a document must be in order with exactly which changes were made by who. The people listed on this document own the finished design accompanied with it, giving each person who had contributed rights to their work.
